Woodsman recipe

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 0.5 oz lemon juice
• 0.25 oz Allspice Liqueur
• 0.25 oz maple syrup
• 1 oz pear juice or pureed pear
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• Garnish: pear slice

Steps:

Shake with ice and strain into glass
