Spicy Paloma recipe
- 1-3 thin slices Jalapeño
- 1.5 oz Mezcal
- 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz agave
- 1 dash Angostura
- 2 oz seltzer
Steps:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle jalapeño.
- Add mezcal, grapefruit juice, agave syrup, bitters, and ice.
- Shake then double-strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
- Add seltzer and garnish with a jalapeño ring.
