Prince Charles Don't Surf recipe

Liber & Co makes an amazing orgeat syrup.

• 1 oz Gin
• 0.5 oz Orgeat
• 0.5 oz lemon juice
• 1 dash Angostura
• 4 oz blonde ale

Steps:

1. Shake everything except beer with ice and strain over ice
2. Top with beer
