Old Cuban recipe

• 1.5 oz aged Rum
• 0.75 oz lime juice
• 1 oz 1:1 simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura
• 6-8 mint leaves
• 2 oz dry Sparkling Wine

Steps:

1. Shake all ingredients except wine with ice
2. Strain into glass
3. Top with wine
