Maple Leaf recipe
This is a whiskey sour with maple syrup instead of simple syrup.
- 2 oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
- 0.75 oz maple syrup (or 2/3 Nocino)
- 0.75 oz strained lemon juice (Meyer is best)
- tiny pinch sea salt
- Dash of Angostura
- Splash of water
Steps:
Shake with ice and strain
