Manhattan recipe
I love a good manhattan and there are so many modifications to make it just a bit different (like a Walnut Manhattan). This is the classic, though, and it's hard to beat. Make sure you don't leave it on ice for too long because a watery manhattan is no good.
- 3 parts Rye Whiskey or Bourbon
- 1 part Sweet Vermouth
- 1 dashes aromatic or orange bitters
- Garnish: Luxardo cherry
Steps:
Stir with ice for 10s and strain into glass
