Kentucky Buck or Colonel recipe

It's just a Moscow Mule with bourbon, which is to say, it's a Moscow Mule but better. The ginger beer you use makes a huge difference in the outcome but you only need a few ounces. Something fancy like RGB is good but can overshadow the rest of the cocktail. My favorite is Cock and Bull.

• 3 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz lemon or lime juice
• 1 strawberry (optional)
• 1 dash Angostura
• Ginger beer

Steps:

1. Muddle strawberry
2. Add bourbon, lemon, syrup, and bitters
3. Shake with ice
4. Strain into Collins glass with ice
5. Top with ginger beer
